Our client is a 100% Irish owned Financial Services & Insurance Broker based in Dublin 18
Our client offer life & Mortgage protection, savings and investment products. Their commitment is to deliver high quality products and a premium service to all their customers.
They are currently building their team of sales professionals. And are looking for ambitious people with a proven track record selling financial products.
Our client have a dedicated team of 10 Financial advisors and are in the process of growing this to 14. This is an exciting and demanding role where success will come from strong sales skills and referral skills. The role will suit candidates who thrive in a highly motivated, target driven, dynamic and energetic sales environment.
Suitable Candidates will have;
◦3-5 years experience in direct sales within Financial Services
◦A Proven Sales track record in selling and target achievement
◦Experience in managing a Sales pipeline
◦Strong Business Development experience.
◦Tenacity in achieving targets.
◦Strong organisational skills.
◦Strong interpersonal skills
◦A proactive direct and determined approach to goal achievement
◦Experience in qualifying and closing
Ideally part or full QFA
Basic Salary of €30k
€60K OTE. Basic & commission.
